Gary Coe, LLC Manager, fleet Sales West

Gary Coe joined his father in 1966 as a partner in Speed's Automotive, an auto repair business with one tow truck. Through diligent marketing efforts and the help of many valued employees, Gary built Speed's Automotive to a high point of over 150 trucks and 14 locations in Oregon and Washington.

During these years Gary served as a Founder and President of the Oregon Tow Truck Association, a Founder and President of the Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA), and an industry lobbyist, seminar leader and author.

Gary has been on a career-long quest for educational growth and development. He attended Portland State University, majoring in Accounting. But his passion has always been the Towing Industry. In 1997, Gary merged Speed's with RoadOne, as part of the initial roll-up done by Miller Industries to consolidate the towing industry, and he served as RoadOne's Western Regional Vice President until December, 1999.

In January, 2000, Gary, his wife, Donna, and Donna's son Jim Walsh, joined to form Fleet Sales West, Specializing in VULCAN and CHEVRON Trucks, as well as providing the widest selection of New and Used Tow Trucks in the Western United States. They also offer Tow Truck Lease Packages, Custom Build Services and consulting, and a great way to Sell a Tow Truck if you are looking to buy, sell, or trade up.

Gary also partners with Donna in Coe Consulting Group, which offers business management consulting to individual towing companies, as well as seminars to industry associations.
